Shipping, Payment & Returns

Everything about how TidyBox shop orders are delivered, how you can pay, and how returns work. These terms apply to physical products ordered from tidybox.eu/shop.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days; the delivery times above count from dispatch.

If your country cannot be selected at checkout, we unfortunately cannot ship there yet.

Order confirmation and tracking

After you place an order you receive an order confirmation email, followed by a payment confirmation email that includes a tracking link for your parcel.

Deliveries within Bulgaria are made by local couriers (Econt, Speedy, DPD or A1 Post). Deliveries to the EU and the rest of the world are sent as tracked shipments via A1 Post.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window, write to us at billing@tidybox.eu and we will investigate with the carrier.

Payment methods

All payments are processed securely by Stripe — TidyBox never sees or stores your card details. We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and, depending on your country, popular local methods such as MobilePay, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, iDEAL / Wero and Przelewy24.

All prices include VAT where applicable. EU businesses with a valid VAT number can enter it at checkout to receive a reverse-charge invoice.

Returns and the right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal: you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise it, email billing@tidybox.eu from the email address used at checkout, stating your order number — or use the model withdrawal form below. Then return the items unused and, where possible, in the original packaging within 14 days of your notice.

Unless the goods are defective or not as described, you bear the direct cost of the return shipment. We refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage), using your original payment method.

If the goods arrive damaged, defective or different from their description, contact us — the return is at our cost, and you can choose a replacement or a full refund.

Model withdrawal form

You can (but do not have to) use this form to withdraw from the contract — a plain email with your order number works just as well. Complete and send it only if you wish to withdraw:
